All Tech Mechanicals Service department has service technicians that follow the disciplines in delivering the highest quality preventive maintenance and service for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Our Service Techs provide the responsiveness and services you expect from a locally owned company, while taking advantage of the technology, training, and vast resources that a national organization can provide. We utilize the power of networking by working together with numerous manufactures of HVAC equipment to share best practices and pass on that knowledge – and savings – to you.
We offer to our customers not only the solutions they expect but the experience they deserve. Our service team of Service professionals consist of the service technician, service coordinator that is always looking at customer needs first, service account/sales representative always looking to offer a service solution for our customers service needs whether it is a replacement of an existing HVAC piece of equipment or a customization of a Preventative Maintenance Agreement.
All Tech Mechanicals Service department looks at every service call whether it is a filter needing to be changed or a data center that is heating to uncomfortable temperatures as a priority. However, our service coordinator is aware of ever-changing scheduling issues and knows how to prioritize the service calls.
We have NO service call minimum ( like a 4hr minimum) unless afterhours or Holidays and that is when the technician dispatched will be paid from port to port (Door to Door ). If a service call is placed and scheduled during normal business hours the time and material related to that service call is what you will be billed for.
Straight time rates are charged during normal working hours between 7:00am and 3:30pm, overtime rates are charged Monday-Friday for times falling before 7:00 am and after 3:30 pm, also for work performed on Saturday. Double time rates are charged on Sunday and any holiday.
Not only will we keep everything running at full capacity but we will offer insight on what you can do to keep your unit maintained between visits. For a preferred PMA customer service emergency we normally have a tech on site with in 2 hours however we follow the industry's standard of saying 4 hrs.
We will provide a thorough exam before deciding to replace your unit. If needed, our skilled technicians have been trained to install RTU, AHU, MUA, Chillers, Boilers etc. Both Residential and Commercial
Example of a PMA Visit:
Service will normally be performed on a Quarterly basis four (4) times per year. The proposal is based on how many pieces of equipment covered by the agreement and per how many visits. Any loss of productivity due to site access or equipment access will be billed additionally at your customer preferred rate.
• The maintenance services will include and not limited to the following or can be tailored to the customers’ needs
• Oiling/greasing of bearings, motors, pumps, fans, damper linkages, etc.
• Inspection for leaks on equipment and piping
• Check and adjust belt drives for proper alignment and tension. One (1) belt change per year if required. S
• Test and adjust controls and control system
• Check refrigeration machines for proper operating pressures, oil levels, safeties, operating controls, and overall operating performance.
• Clean condenser coil we will PWR wash once in Summer
• Inspect and change filters as per PMA by Customer Four (X) Times per year. Advise management if additional cleanings are necessary. Review procedures with operating personnel
• For services requested on a time and material (T&M) basis you will be charged at your current rate.
Our techs use IPADs, Vans have GPS and we are using Dispatch Direct for creating service reports in real time.
Avoid common office and household allergens with a Preventative Maintenance Agreement . These include filter replacements, damper adjustments Etc. We can customize these agreements to you and your facility's needs.
